About the Role

Provide company secretarial services to our Singapore clients. You'll ensure companies remain compliant with ACRA requirements and assist with corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company secretarial duties for multiple clients
  • Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with ACRA
  • Maintain company registers and statutory records
  • Organize and attend board meetings and AGMs
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of company secretarial experience in Singapore
  • ICS qualification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
