Company Secretary
About the Role
Provide company secretarial services to our Singapore clients. You'll ensure companies remain compliant with ACRA requirements and assist with corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company secretarial duties for multiple clients
- Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with ACRA
- Maintain company registers and statutory records
- Organize and attend board meetings and AGMs
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
Qualifications
- 2+ years of company secretarial experience in Singapore
- ICS qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
