About the Role

Ensure our clients remain compliant with Chinese regulations. You'll work closely with our operations team to manage compliance requirements for WFOE entities and help clients navigate regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with Chinese business regulations
Prepare and file compliance documents with relevant authorities
Advise clients on regulatory requirements and changes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

2+ years of compliance experience in China
Deep knowledge of Chinese business regulations and WFOE requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
Experience with SAIC and other regulatory bodies
