Once you choose a plan, we can typically have you set up within 1-2 business days. The onboarding process includes a setup call where we configure your chart of accounts, connect your bank accounts (if applicable), and ensure everything is ready to go.

What documents do I need to get started?

We'll need basic company information, bank statements, existing financial records (if any), and access to your accounting software (if you're switching from another provider). We'll guide you through exactly what's needed during the onboarding process.

Can I switch from my current accountant or accounting software?

Absolutely! We make switching easy. We'll help you export your data from your current system and import it into ours. If you're switching from another accountant, we'll coordinate the handover to ensure a smooth transition.

Which plan is right for me?

The DIY with expert support plan (RM99/month) is ideal if you have few transactions and want to handle bookkeeping yourself with guidance. The Full monthly support plan (RM549/month) is best if you want us to handle everything. The Annual support plan (RM1280/year) is perfect for dormant companies or catch-up work.
