What's the difference between Lite and Startup packages?
The Lite package covers all your mandatory compliance needs. The Startup package (RM180/month) includes everything in Lite, plus company changes such as adding directors, increasing capital, bank accounts, address or nature changes, and more—all are included. You also get perks like discounts on legal templates and access to the FoundersNest™ community. Startup is great for growing or active companies.
What government fees are included in the packages?
Our packages include all mandatory government filing fees for annual returns and Beneficial Ownership (BO) filings. This means you will not be surprised by any extra annual charges for these required filings. Everything you need for statutory compliance comes with your package price.
What is the registered office address service?
As part of your package, we provide a legally compliant registered office address for your company. This address is used for all official government correspondence and is required by SSM. We handle mail scanning and forwarding so you never miss important notifications or documents.
Why is your monthly price higher than competitors?
Our pricing is not actually higher. It covers more, so you pay less in total. Many competitors advertise only the secretarial fee, but do not include key compliance work such as Beneficial Ownership (BO) filing, annual return filings, and government fees. Over time, these extra items will be charged separately. With us, all fees and filings are part of your package, so there are no extra charges or hidden costs to stay compliant.
What if I need services not included in my package?
For services not covered by your package, like changes to directors, share capital increases, or other company updates in the Lite package, we use our transparent pricing list. We will always let you know the fees in advance before starting any work, so there are no surprises.
Is there a contract lock in period?
No, there is no contract lock in period. You can cancel or change your services at any time. We believe you should stay with us for our quality service, not because of contracts.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package any time. If you upgrade midyear, we will prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
How does the annual payment work?
The Lite package is available only with annual payment (RM1188 per year, excluding SST). This is the same as RM99 every month. The Startup package can be paid monthly (RM180 per month) or annually. All prices exclude SST (Sales and Service Tax).
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
All your company documents stay accessible to you. You can download them from our platform at any time, even after you cancel. We will also provide a full handover package to your new company secretary to make sure your transition is smooth.
