How Our HR & Payroll Services Work
Getting started is simple. We handle the setup and ongoing management so you can focus on your business.
Initial Setup & Registration
If you're a new company, we'll handle your statutory registration with KWSP, Perkeso, and LHDN. For payroll outsourcing, we'll set up your Talenox account, configure your payroll structure, and gather all necessary employee information. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Monthly Payroll Processing
Each month, you provide us with any updates (new hires, terminations, salary changes, leave, overtime, etc.). We process your payroll, calculate all statutory contributions, prepare payslips, and generate bank files. You'll receive a payroll report for review and approval before payday.
Submission & Distribution
Once approved, we submit the payroll GIRO file to your bank, submit all statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) to the respective authorities, and distribute payslips to employees through the Talenox platform. All statutory payments are made on time, ensuring full compliance.
